• Rosebank Galleries - Design & Project Architect, (working with CSAR Architects) for the new apartment building in Rosebank, consisting of 52 units and 4 penthouse suites. The project was completed in 2020.

• Design Development for high density residential apartments in Albertsville.

• Currently working with "Homes of Distinction" to complete a new 8 home residential development in Bryanston.
